Please read the following carefully before use.

Important Safety Precautions

• This product is made of optical glass and is heavy. Please handle with care as dropping or impact may cause injury or damage.
• Keep out of reach of small children. If children use this product, please ensure they are supervised by an adult at all times.
• Do not throw this product or drop it from a high place.
• In the event that this product is damaged, do not touch it with bare hands. Sweep up the pieces with a broom, wrap them in newspaper, and dispose of them according to your local municipality’s instructions. Glass shards can cause injury.

Product Characteristics

• This product is made of optical glass and is characterized by its high transparency and beautiful brilliance. However, small scratches or air bubbles may be present.
• Applying strong impact to the product with many scratches may cause cracks or chips, leading to damage.
• Due to the nature of glass products, this product has excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance, but please avoid sudden temperature changes or strong impacts as much as possible.
• This product is intended for indoor use, but can also be used outdoors. However, please be careful of dropping, etc., when using it outdoors.
• This product is intended for use as building blocks and interior objects to enjoy the refraction and reflection of light. Do not use it for any other purpose.

Storage and Care Instructions

• Due to the product’s weight, do not store it in high places.
• The outer box may discolor if exposed to direct sunlight for long periods. If you wish to expose it to direct sunlight, please remove it from the box.
• If fingerprints or other stains appear, rinse with clean water, wash by hand, and gently wipe with a soft cloth. Do not use household sponges as they may cause scratches.
• Rubbing the product while dust or debris is attached may scratch the polished surface. Please be careful.
• Do not use cleaners containing abrasives.

Quality

• Due to the handmade nature of this product, there may be variations in size, but this will not affect the use of the product.
• The polishing is not at the level used for optical equipment. Small scratches, dents, etc., may be present.

In the event of cracks or chips

• If you find cracks or chips upon arrival of the product, please contact the above contact information within 7 days. We will respond with a refund or exchange.
• Please note that we do not offer repair services for cracks or chips.
• If a part of the set is lost due to damage, please use our individual sales service.
• Excessive use may cause small scratches on the polished surface. We will respond to repairs of minor scratches due to long-term use for a fee, so please contact us. However, large scratches cannot be repaired. If you have difficulty determining the extent of the damage, please contact us.
